Architecture On Show part of The Architecture Foundation’s series This Is Architecture.

Invited by The Architecture Foundation to present their work at the panel discussion ‘Exhibiting Architecture’ Pankof Bank spent their fee to make a new work: A survey of the venue’s rapidly gentrifying locale - Old Street - in the form of an industrial fridge containing a chicken sandwich bought from every one of the road’s 53 food outlets.  The sandwiches formed an edible survey of the street and recognised that people gathering at a talk need to be fed.  Polaroids taken at each shop mapped the street’s produce on the wall.
